RPI Construction Equipment offers a full service repair facility for the construction/foundation industry. We maintain a welding and fabrication facility and machine shop on location allowing us to produce custom parts to meet all your repair and replacement needs. We also maintain a dealership for many major manufacturers in this industry giving us direct access to the parts needed to complete your repairs in a timely fashion. We specialize in the following types of repairs but would be pleased to entertain any additional queries for service.
Bucket Repairs
Complete rebuilding of all types of clamshell buckets: digging, rehandling, grapples, environmental, concrete, and hyrdaulic buckets. Services include replacement of lips, straightening of arms, bowls and other major components. We can custom manufacture pins, bushings, sheaves, bosses and a host of other parts.
Pile Hammers
Hyraulic, Air or Diesel Pile Hammers. Impact or Vibratory; Drivers and Exctractors. Keys, columns, bases, cylinders, pistons, rams, hydraulic pumps, electrical wiring and controls all repaired or replaced as needed.
Machine Tools
Rush and Parker now offers the full line of Sir Meccanica in-line high-tech boring and welding machine tools.
